Much like sports coaching, we don’t do the work for you, but we help you reach your goals. We are also a partner in accountability. We have worked with over 100 different types of businesses over the years. Some of them include government programs, insurance, gift services, travel, radio, resorts, manufacturing, public relations, banking, real estate, construction, and more.
How Do I Know if Business Coaching Is Right for Me?
If you are asking the question, you probably already know the answer. The issue is who is the right coach for you right now? You may find that you need different coaches over time. Find the one that is right for you now. If they are a fit, they will be able to help you now, and possibly even refer you to who you might need for the next step in your journey.
Do You Only Work With Established Companies?
No – if you are thinking about starting a business, I would love to work with you as well. If you’ve seen some videos and read some books and are trying to “find your niche”, I would check back when you have an idea. I have given more than a few people compelling views of their future that they got really excited about and then weren’t committed to taking the first step. Be prepared to do the work and we can be more successful.
Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?
Our general business program is 3-6 months to get things moving in the right direction. Depending on your needs at that point will determine what makes sense going forward. We do both consulting and coaching based on our customer needs.
Do You Invest In Startup Companies?
In some cases, I will accept deferred/equity compensation for coaching and consulting services. This has to be well defined and properly aligned with both our objectives. Generally this will be discussed after an initial coaching engagement.
